Our Rooftop Turnkey Fitouts project is for a 500 square yard house in DHA. It features a conservatory with sleek black metal and glass offering a blend of modern design and natural elements. Pendant bird lights add a charming touch, creating a cozy atmosphere.
From bollards nestled in planter pockets creatively illuminated to a swing delicately hung from intricately cast metal, each element harmoniously contributes to the space’s unique charm. Further more, this conservatory is designed to withstand any weather, with openable windows for fresh air and ceiling-hung planters for a touch of greenery.
The rooftop has an entertainment area with full media setup to enjoy movie nights or cozy up around the fire pit table during colder months. Throughout the space, seating areas crafted from wooden planks atop concrete benches. Cross the wooden bridge to reach the organic garden and bar area, and astroturf area complete with a hammock for moments of relaxation. Large concrete planters adorned with vibrant murals add a pop of color and life to every corner, creating a dynamic and inviting atmosphere.
Furthermore, we have thoughtfully integrated practical elements like the overhead water tank, enhancing the space’s natural appeal by cosmetically covering it with bamboo.
