Turnkey is the term used to refer to the complete design and build of a project. It covers architectural design and layout, engineering (civil, structural, electrical and plumbing), plot maintenance, short-listing of vendors, supervision, monitoring from start to finish (end to end), management and handling of material purchases. It also involves site supervision, quality assurance of work being produced in line with the scope of design, and set budgets based on set timelines.

Experienced interior architects, like Landscape, understand how space can be used most effectively. Using an interior designer is recommended if you are looking for a well-designed, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment.

At Landscape, we believe education is what our society needs the most. With education, our people can stand free and strong.
We put environmental and social sustainability at the heart of designs. By educating people regarding energy efficiency, resource efficiency, and sustainable building practices, we can help to make a better world around us.

We can help our country by building monumental structures that are remarkable and unique. These structures can become part of our country’s identity, as well as attracting tourists and architecture students. We want to transform the skyline of Karachi by adding to it an array of skyscrapers and other beautiful structures that this metropolis deserves.

Green or sustainable architecture is the modern concept of designing structures that are more resource and energy efficient and are better for wellbeing and the environment. There can also be a knock-on benefit of reduced running costs; for example, if a building is efficiently insulated, it requires less power to heat or cool.
The idea emerged following the rapid depletion and ultimate extinction of several vital resources over the past decades. This misuse, waste, and limited availability has pushed scientists and designers to come up with products and ideas which ensure that our actions and decisions today do not inhibit the opportunity of future generations.

In such conditions, fit-out projects can be scheduled to suit your needs. Our team works on day and night shifts depending on the project requirements.

Good design creates an environment that is interesting, comfortable and exudes energy. We believe that for an educational institution, an inspiring design is the key to create an excellent learning environment.
