An urban design project of a multipurpose commercial facility that creates visual rhythm on horizontal planes.
Covering a large area and contributing to the densification of land, this ground scraper exudes flexibility and openness. Showcasing a minimalist look the fair-faced concrete finish is paired with MS mesh curtain walls and metal louvers that create partial privacy. With an unlimited potential to grow and alter the grid of construction, a deck extends from the facade which also links the outside to the inside. This multipurpose facility accommodates cinemas, offices, mall, ice-skating, restaurants, hotel apartments, auditorium, exhibition banquets.
