A Tapestry of Activities:
Our Master Plan included Multiplex cinemas, auditoriums, state-of-the-art theaters, film studios, recording spaces, art galleries and museums. E-sports arenas and gaming centers were a part of the plan as well.
Beyond the confines of buildings, our Arts & Culture Centre’s master plan extends into urban spaces. Open-air theaters host performances that will resonate with the soul of Pakistan, while parks and artisan markets invite leisurely strolls. Public art installations celebrate the country’s diversity and creativity, serving as landmarks of cultural pride.
In recognition of the importance of holistic well-being, our master plan incorporates wellness centers and open-air sanctuaries where individuals can rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit. Community hubs serve as gathering places for shared experiences and meaningful connections, while religious and worship spaces provide solace and reflection.
SCOPE OF DELIVERABLES
Research on Core Function:
It began with an in-depth exploration of core functions and a thorough site analysis. This groundwork laid the foundation for our vision, allowing us to understand the unique characteristics and potential of the space. Moodboards became our canvas, capturing the essence of our concept and drawing inspiration from Pakistan’s rich cultural tapestry.
A precedent study took us on a journey through history, examining architectural and cultural landmarks that have shaped Pakistan’s identity. Drawing lessons from the past, we defined the way forward.
Zoning:
Conceptual layout and zoning assisted in mapping out the proposed master plan. Each area was carefully curated to serve a specific purpose, whether it be entertainment, education, wellness, or community engagement. Considering the functionality and aesthetics, where every element played a vital role in the larger narrative.
Area Calculations and Comprehensive Summary Sheet:
This provided the framework for our feasibility study, ensuring that our aspirations were grounded in practicality. This meticulous approach allowed us to identify opportunities and address challenges, paving the way for a master plan that is both visionary and achievable.
