Landscape PLC creatively developed a workspace proposal for BASF Chemicals Pakistan Limited’s relocation to Sky Towers at Dolmen Clifton, Karachi.
We root our approach to design in a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and aspirations. From the outset, our team conceptualized a design scheme that embodied BASF’s corporate identity, capturing the essence of modernity and sophistication synonymous with Sky Towers. Through meticulous planning and creative ingenuity, we curated detailed furniture layout, mood board, and floor plan that optimize spatial dynamics and cultivate an atmosphere conducive to productivity and collaboration.
Our proposal centrally featured the immersive 3D renders, which we meticulously developed to provide a virtual view of their new workspace. Similarly, we brought each element of the design to life with unparalleled realism and attention to detail, from the sleek and sophisticated meeting room to the dynamic and inviting breakout area and collaborative workstations. These renders not only showcase the aesthetic appeal of the design but also demonstrate its practicality and functionality.
Moreover, our proposal included a comprehensive budgetary quote in terms of detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) encompassing all facets of the project, from initial design conceptualization to fitouts execution in a turnkey arrangement.
The workspace proposal for BASF chemicals included execution timeline delineating each phase of the project under various job heads. Recognizing the importance of adhering to deadlines and delivering project on schedule, we outlined a structured timeline, consequently, that ensures seamless progress and timely completion, allowing BASF to transition seamlessly into their new workspace without disruption.
